Our marketplace
Click Himalayas provides a platform for independent Himalayan vendors to present and sell products. The relevant vendor is identified on the product page. We coordinate the website, payment verification and customer support; the vendor supplies its listed products under the arrangements confirmed for the order. Our marketplace role does not exclude obligations that applicable law places on us.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into the relevant agreement to place an order or register as a vendor. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use. Do not use another person's information or payment method without authority.
Products and pricing
Review the product description, selected option, quantity and available specifications before ordering. Prices are in Indian rupees unless clearly stated otherwise. The payable amount, applicable taxes and delivery charges must be communicated before payment. A catalogue reference or a product marked Coming soon is not an offer for immediate purchase.
Handmade products may vary within the characteristics described on the listing. Images and screen colours can differ slightly from the physical item, but products must still match their material description and the order. Vendors are responsible for accurate product and tax information; this does not remove your rights if information is incorrect.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order records your request. An acknowledgement is not payment confirmation or acceptance for dispatch. Where payments are verified manually, the team confirms receipt and order acceptance after checking the payment, stock and delivery arrangements. When Razorpay is offered, you can pay securely on your order page. We verify the payment with Razorpay before confirming your order. For a manual payment, wait for the instructions for your order.
A screenshot or transaction reference alone does not establish receipt of funds. An order awaiting payment may expire at the deadline shown for that order. If you pay after expiry, contact us so we can reconcile the payment and agree fulfilment or a refund. We will not retain a verified payment for products we cannot supply.
We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock, delivery, payment verification or material listing issue, and will explain the reason. We will obtain your agreement to material changes rather than charge an increased amount automatically.
Delivery, cancellations and product issues
Delivery is included at no extra charge for website orders. Coverage and delivery estimates depend on the order and delivery address. Orders containing products from more than one vendor may arrive in separate parcels. See shipping and delivery.
For standard products, request cancellation before dispatch. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, but damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products can be raised under our returns and refunds policy. Nothing here removes statutory remedies for non-delivery or other failures.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendor registration and initial listings are subject to review. Vendors must have the right to sell their products and use their uploaded content, provide accurate business and tax details, keep product and stock information current, and comply with applicable product, safety and consumer requirements. Public content must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or prohibited material.
Commission rates and the calculation basis are those agreed with the vendor for the relevant transaction. Earnings become payable only against customer payments actually received and verified, subject to agreed adjustments. Payouts are made manually and recorded in the vendor dashboard. No fixed payout schedule is promised by these website terms; vendor-specific commercial arrangements must be agreed separately. Customer refunds are not conditional on a vendor having received a payout.
Order information must be used only for fulfilment and related support. Vendors must not use customer details for unrelated marketing or disclose them unnecessarily.
Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or submit unlawful or infringing content. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, comply with law or protect users.
Brand names, photographs, artwork and other content belong to Click Himalayas or their respective owners. Viewing a page does not grant permission to reproduce its content commercially. Vendors retain their rights in their own content and permit its use as needed to operate and promote their listings on the marketplace.
Support, complaints and remedies
Send order questions or complaints to [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as required by the applicable e-commerce grievance framework.
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing in them limits a consumer's right to approach a competent consumer commission, court or other authority. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates
Changes will be shown on this page with a revised date. The terms communicated when an order was accepted continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. A material change to an existing order will not be imposed solely by editing this page.
